It was a relatively smooth ride here from Bangkok, where we stayed two nights in order to get our sorry selves back on track. However, this time there was another surprise in store for us. There wasn't a single room to be found on all Koh Chang!
3 hours later, when we had given up, by a twist of fate and on behalf of a dutch couple that we got mistaken for, we actually got a room where we wanted and really cheap. And cosy. With a pool. There's gotta be a catch, we thought, but there was none to be seen. Until late last night. When Lina found a suspicious hole in the wall, which belonged to a nuch of rats. We just couldn't believe our bad luck, what's up with all the animals in our nightquarters??
But as from tomorrow we'll have a bungalow again.
And tonight well spend on the beach with all the other cool people:)

Last day on Koh Lanta I had a Mango shake. Which is cheaper than.....
...the three hour luxury treatment Lina got, including massage and pedicure and all sorts of nice things!
We left the cockroaches....(note the tip from previous travellers...)
for a nice place in the sun on Khaosan...
..and on to the Rathole....looks nice but don´t be fooled!
Yesterday we met Camilla, Anna, Martin and Jörgen for a dinner on the beach!
Unfortunately they are spending new years at their hotel, so we have made new plans involving the beach and some dancing!
But first,
a Bacardi Breezer with the Rats!
(Who knows. We might get a Ratatouille for dinner)
